the process:
All products are designed and constructed by hand in my home studio. Whether inspired by the motifs or colors of the fabric, or the person who will eventually wear the garment, each item is carefully crafted in a multi-step process—first piecing together the material, followed by quilting, and finally the garment or item is stitched into its final form.
Product Sizing:
Jackets and ponchos are generally made with a one size fits most approach. Oversized for some means regular sized for others, but the shape and style is generally flexible enough to flatter many sizes. If you have a particular concern about sizing, please contact Mason to discuss, as items can be made custom order.
Product care:
Materials are machine washed before sewing, and the final products are also machine washed and dried before delivery. Washing in cold water, and drying on low heat is recommended to maintain the color of the hand dyed fabrics for as long as possible. With multiple washings, you may start to see slight fading. Please wash with like colors.
